Emergency Call Centre -
Every day, the Cantonal Emergency Call Centre (KNZ) of the Thurgau police squad in Frauenfeld receives between 50 and 70 emergency calls and takes the necessary measures.
In order to increase the reliability even more, AVS will be creating a backup location with three complete emergency call workstations with a control system and call switching in the coming months.
